Streamlining Employment Verification: Introducing E-Verify+ for Government Contractors

What is E-Verify+?
E-Verify+ is a new, free service that simplifies the employment eligibility verification process by combining the Form I-9 and E-Verify into a single, seamless process. This upgrade helps employers fulfill their obligations faster and with less effort, making it easier for federal contractors to stay compliant.

On November 14, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will host a special Stakeholder Engagement to introduce E-Verify+. This session will:

  • Highlight the benefits of using E-Verify+ for contractors.

  • Provide guidance on getting started.

  • Explain how E-Verify+ increases efficiency, reduces the administrative burden, and enhances employees’ control over their personal information and employment eligibility verification.
