MAS Refresh #24
The Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) GSA Interact community is buzzing with the latest update from MAS Blogger: “Advanced Notice for MAS Refresh 24 and Upcoming Mass Modification.”
The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has announced plans to issue GSA MAS Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 - Refresh #24 in January 2025. This upcoming refresh includes significant changes to the overall MAS Solicitation and specific Large Categories, Subcategories, and Special Item Numbers (SINs).
Key Changes to Overall MAS Solicitation
Revisions to SCP-FSS-001: Updates will be implemented in the Instructions Applicable to All Offerors.
Price Proposal Templates (PPT): Minor modifications will be made to the Offer and Modification Products PPT.
Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) SIN Transition:
Overlapping SBSA SINs will transition to non-SBSA equivalents.
Unique SBSA SINs will have the SBSA designation removed.
Encouragement for the use of order-level set-asides.
Clause and Provision Updates: Incorporation of updates through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02 and GSAR Change 194 (excluding Change 187).

General Information: Additional language will be added to the "General Information" section.
Office Management (Category A)
Office Services (A08): Revision to SIN 561320SBSA - Temporary Staffing (SBSA).
Office Supplies (A09): Revision to SIN 333318SBSA - Office Security Equipment and IT Products.
Facilities (Category B)
Facilities Maintenance and Repair (B01): Revision to SIN 561210FAC - Facilities Maintenance and Management.
Furniture and Furnishings (Category C)
Flooring (C01): Revision to SIN 314110 - Carpet Flooring (SBSA).
Household, Dormitory, and Quarters Furniture (C04): Revisions to multiple SINs, including Household, Dormitory & Quarters Furniture (SBSA) and Commercial Office Furnishings (SBSA).
Miscellaneous Furniture (C05): Updates to SINs such as Park, Recreational & Outdoor Furniture (SBSA), Cafeteria and Food Service Furniture (SBSA), and more.
Industrial Products & Services (Category E)
Industrial Products (E05): Revision to SIN 3331SBSA - Clearing Equipment.
Information Technology (Category F)
IT Services (F03): Revision to SIN 54151HACS - Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS).
IT Solutions (F05): Revisions to SINs 518210FM - FM QSMO Core Financial Management Solutions and IT Professional Services, and 518210C - Cloud Computing and Related IT Professional Services.
Miscellaneous (Category G)
Awards (G01): Revision to SIN 339999ASB - Awards.
Professional Services (Category H)
Marketing and Public Relations (H08): Revision to SIN 323111SBSA - Photographic Services and Solutions.
Technical and Engineering Services (Non-IT): Revision to SIN 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (Non-IT).
Transportation & Logistics Services (Category K)
Package Delivery (K03): Revision to SIN 492210SB - Local Courier Delivery Services.
