Get Ready for the FAS Sales Reporting Portal Enhancement: Introducing SRP Upload Template v3.0 for Transactional Data Reporting

Updates are coming to the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Sales Reporting Portal (SRP)! On October 31, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. ET, GSA will be upgrading to the new SRP upload template v3.0. This streamlined version is designed to simplify your reporting process and improve data accuracy. From this point forward, only submissions using the SRP v3.0 template will be accepted. Any submissions with prior templates will be automatically rejected, so it’s essential to make the switch! You can easily download the new template directly from the SRP homepage.

What’s Changing?

This update is specific to new GWAC-MAS data reporting participants and includes specialized tabs for each data category:

●      MAS Data Reporting: If you’re already reporting MAS data under TDR, your reporting process remains unchanged. You’ll continue to use the MAS Data tab as usual.

●      GWAC-MAS Data Reporting: New GWAC-MAS participants, this is for you! Familiarize yourself with the instructions on the GWAC-MAS instructions tab and submit your data using the designated GWAC-MAS Data tab for accurate reporting.

Why the Update?

The introduction of SRP v3.0 helps streamline the data submission process for vendors, minimizing potential errors and ensuring compliance with TDR requirements. With specialized tabs for each data category, we aim to make reporting clearer and more efficient.
