The Alliant 3 GWAC, 2nd Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is now publicized on Sam.gov (Notice ID 47QTCK22N003) solely for market research purposes. This document is intended to be a full draft RFP, however this document is subject to change at the final version. The General Service Administration is seeking public comments via A3draftRFP@gsa.gov.Submit your comments received to January 15, 2024 by 12 pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST).The Alliant 3 team is requesting feedback from industry on a number of subject areas.
