I-FSS-639 Contract Sales Criteria Updates

Hello, valued industry partners! We come bearing great news—there have been significant revisions to the Contract Sales Criteria (clause I-FSS-639) in the latest MAS Refresh 18. Let’s dive into the details:1. More Time for Sales: Before: Historically, GSA evaluated sales over 24 months and subsequently every 12 months. Now: GSA is simplifying the process—just one extended period of 60 months.2. Dollar Threshold Adjustments: Before: The previous structure featured a $25,000 threshold in the first 24 months and then $25,000 every 12 months thereafter. Now: GSA is introducing a single, elevated threshold of $100,000 for the initial 60 months, followed by $125,000 for each subsequent 60-month period.3. Sales Impact on Contract Extension: Before: Sales weren’t directly linked to the decision to extend a contract. Now: GSA is integrating sales performance as a crucial factor when determining contract extensions. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to reach out to K&G.Here’s to growth, efficiency, and successful partnerships!
